Our founding partners

Mike has over 25 years of global experience in M&A, investment banking, consulting, and business development. He's advised on over 100 transactions, covering sell-side, buy-side, and independent services, with expertise in due diligence, structuring, financing, valuation, and business planning. He has facilitated deals across the US, Canada, Asia, Europe, and Africa. Kuiack's business background includes positions such as production inspector for a major automaker, software instructor at a post-secondary institution, associate publisher of a Sino-Canadian business publication, export manager for a food-trading company, and running his own consulting business in Taiwan. A seasoned guest speaker, he has lectured on topics including financings, M&A, and public listings at events in the U.S., Canada, Australia and China. Kuiack holds a BA in Political Science and Economics from the University of Toronto, a Master of International Management degree from Schiller International University, and M&A-focused certifications from Harvard Business School and Loyola University of Chicago.

Alex Blodgett

Alex is a seasoned advisor with a background in investment banking and advisory services for middle-market companies. With experience in both public and private sectors across manufacturing, technology, and services, Blodgett co-founded and served as President of VoodooVox, a pioneering mobile advertising and analytics firm. He has also held executive roles in manufacturing businesses and has a broad corporate finance background spanning North America, Europe, and Asia. With notable stints at Gordon Capital and Bankers Trust, Blodgett brings a wealth of expertise in M&A, financing, leveraged buyouts, and real estate consulting.
